Jon Hinds is truly an inspirational human being. He’s trained jiu jitsu with Rickson Gracie, run workouts for Anthony Robbins and his team, and invented several popular fitness products that you probably use.

At 55 years old he’s still in absolutely incredible shape and can still do things athletic feats most 25 year-olds can only dream of. Jon describes his approach to both fitness and life and shares some important tips on stretching for jiu jitsu players.
